Chicken madghout Recipe, Saudi Arabian recipe

Chicken 500 grams
Basmati rice 300 grams
1 onion (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
1 tomato chopped
Dried lemon -2
Green chili – 4
Bay leaves – 1
2 cinnamon sticks
Green cardamom – 4
black pepper 8-10
long 4-5
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
garam masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
oil 4 tbsp
salt to taste

To make chicken madghout, first put oil in a cooker and heat it on high flame. When the oil becomes hot, add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, green cardamom and black pepper and fry for 10 seconds. Now add chopped onions and cook for 1 minute while stirring.

Fry the onion lightly, when the onion becomes soft then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Now put the washed chicken in it, then add chopped tomatoes, salt, dry lemon, green chili, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder and turmeric powder and cook for 2 minutes while stirring.

When the tomatoes become soft, add water the size of rice and mix with a spoon. Now close the cooker and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, open the cooker, add the washed rice and mix it with a spoon and close the cooker. Now cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
