Chicken Tikka Masala ready in minutes

Many recipes are made from chicken. Today we are going to make Chicken Tikka Masala. It is a famous recipe all over the world for being delicious to eat and it can be prepared in very less time. necessary ingredients

Chicken 350 grams
fresh cream 100 g
1 onion (chopped)
tomato puree 1 cup
Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
cumin 1 tsp
bay leaf 1
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 bowl
juice of a lemon
oil 150 grams
salt to taste


First wash the chicken with water and squeeze it and put it in the bowl. Now add curd, lemon juice, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and ginger garlic paste to the chicken, mix it well with hands and keep aside.

Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan. Put the chicken pieces in hot oil and fry for 1 minute on medium flame. Now turn from the other side and fry for 1 minute from the other side as well. When it seems that the chicken is fried well, then take it out in a plate. (How to make Chicken Korma)

Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin and bay leaves and fry till they crackle. Now add chopped onion and fry till it becomes light brown. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Now add tomato puree and mix, then add chili powder, turmeric, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook till oil appears from the edges.

When oil is visible from the edges, then add a glass of water for the gravy and mix it with a spoon. When the gravy starts to bubble, then add chicken, cream and garam masala, mix with a spoon and close the lid of the pan and let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Chicken tikka masala doesn’t have much gravy, so don’t add too much water. We have made chicken in oil, if you want to make it more tasty, then you can also fry chicken in butter. Masala does not stick in non stick pan so you can use non stick pan to make this recipe.
