easy way to make egg curry

Egg curry is very tasty and easy to make recipe. This recipe is very much liked in many states of India like Maharashtra, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh etc. Egg curry is easily available in many restaurants and dhabas, but we can make restaurant-like egg curry at home also easily and in few minutes.

Eggs 6 (boiled)
Onion paste 1 tbsp
Garlic ginger paste 1 tsp
tomato puree 1 cup
Besan 1 tsp
green chili 2
cinnamon 2 pieces
bay leaf 1
Cardamom 4-5
star flower 1
Long 7-8
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
green coriander a little
salt to taste

Way

To make egg curry, first put oil in a pan and heat it. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, star flower and cloves to hot oil and fry for 20 seconds. Now add onion paste and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame. Now add garlic ginger paste and green chili and fry for 1 minute. (How to make Egg Omelette)

Now add tomato puree as well as turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder and salt to taste and cook till the oil starts leaving the edges. When the masala leaves the oil, then add a small spoon of gram flour and cook for 2 minutes while mixing it with a spoon. Now add 1 glass of water for the gravy and mix it with a spoon. When the vegetable starts to boil, add boiled eggs and cover the pan. Now let it cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame. Now turn off the gas and mix garam masala and green coriander in the vegetable.
