Falooda 2 tbsp
milk half liter
sugar 2 tbsp
Rooh Afza 1 tsp
ice cream 1
Almonds 4-5 (chopped)
Pistachios 4-5 (chopped)
Raisins 1 tsp

Way

To make Falooda, first, soak the Falooda seeds in a bowl of water for half an hour. Now put milk and sugar in a pan and boil it on medium flame for 5-10 minutes. When the milk boils, turn off the gas and let it cool down for 10 minutes. Then keep it in the fridge for half an hour so that the milk cools down. (This watermelon syrup will cool the mind)

Now put a spoonful of soaked falooda in a glass. Then add a spoonful of milk and ice cream on top. Now add chopped almonds, pistachios and raisins. Now garnish the falooda by spreading Rooh Afza over it and serve it to the family. (Erase the heat of the sun with Carrie’s panna)
