necessary ingredients

Besan 1 bowl
Yogurt 1 bowl
1 onion (finely chopped)
tomato puree 1 cup
cumin 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
bay leaf 1
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
green coriander a little
Celery 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
salt to taste

Gatte Vegetable Recipe

To make Gatte ki sabzi, first put gram flour in a bowl. Then add salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, carom seeds, cumin and one spoon oil to the gram flour and mix it well with your hands. Now add half a bowl of curd to this mixture and mix it well. Now prepare hard dough by adding water as required.

Now make 3-4 balls of it and prepare it in a roll-like shape. Now put 2 liters of water in a pan and keep it warm. Now add curd and mix it with a spoon and add a cup of water and let it cook on medium flame for 2 minutes. Now add gatte and mix it by adding green coriander and garam masala.
