How to make Egg Paratha

Who does not like to eat paratha, people who like paratha like to eat paratha for breakfast. Today we are going to make Egg Paratha. This paratha is a postic paratha as well as being delicious to eat. Egg Paratha can be easily prepared and served in 5 minutes.

necessary ingredients

Eggs – 4
Wheat flour 1 bowl
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
green coriander a little
salt to taste
oil 2 tsp


To make egg paratha, first of all, add salt to wheat flour and prepare smooth balls, like kneading roti dough, knead the dough in the same way and keep it aside. Now crack eggs in a bowl and add salt, finely chopped tomatoes, onions, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix well.

Now break the dough from the dough and roll out round shaped roti. Now heat the tawa on medium flame and put the roti on the hot pan and fry it well from both the sides.
