fish 500 grams
ginger 1 inch
Garlic cloves 8-10
1 onion chopped
2 tomato puree
green chili 2
bay leaf 1
cinnamon 2 pieces
star flower 1
Lavang 6-7
Cardamom 4-5
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
juice of 1 lemon
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
green coriander a little
oil 4 tbsp
salt to taste


First wash the fish pieces with water 3 times, then put them in the bowl. Now add salt, turmeric, chili powder and lemon juice to the fish pieces and mix well. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Put the pieces of fish in hot oil and cook till the spots appear on both the sides, then take out the fish in a plate.

Now make a smooth paste by adding ginger, garlic, onion, green chili and green coriander in a mixer jar. Now prepare the puree of 2 tomatoes and keep them separately.
