fish 500 grams
gram flour half bowl
half bowl of rice flour
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Celery 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
oil 500 grams
salt to taste

First, wash the pieces of fish with water and keep them in a bowl. Now apply lemon juice on the fish and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Till then, in a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, chili powder, ginger paste, carom seeds, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and green coriander.
