necessary ingredients

Gourd 200 grams
Potatoes 2 (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
Onion paste 1 tsp
Garlic ginger paste 1 tsp
cinnamon 1 piece
Long 5-6
black pepper 7-8
bay leaf 1
cumin 1 tsp
star full 1
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
green coriander a little


To make gourd sabzi, first remove the peel of potato and gourd and cut it into medium pieces. Now put potatoes and bottle gourd in the cooker and add salt and 1 glass of water and boil it for 3 whistles. Now put oil in the pan and heat it. Now add onion paste and cook for 1 minute while stirring. Now add garlic ginger paste and fry for 1 minute. When the spices are roasted, add tomatoes and mix, then add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder and salt and cook till tomatoes become soft and oil starts leaving from the edges. Now add boiled gourd and potatoes and cook on medium flame for 1 minute. Now add water for the gravy and wait for it to boil. When the vegetable starts boiling, then add garam masala and green coriander, mix and let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Switch off the gas after the stipulated time.
