necessary ingredients

Mutton 1 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Cashew paste 1 cup
Fried Onion Paste 1 cup
Garlic ginger paste 1 tsp
cinnamon 4 pieces
bay leaves 2
green cardamom 7
black cardamom 2
star anise 2
Lavang 10-12
Black pepper 20-25
Jay letter 4
green chilies 4
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
green coriander a little
oil 200 grams
salt to taste


To make Mutton Korma, first put oil in a ganja and heat it on low flame. When the oil starts heating, add green cardamom, cinnamon, long, jay leaf, bay leaf, black cardamom, star anise, black pepper and fry for 20 seconds. Now add garlic ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes while stirring. After the spices are fried, add green chilies and washed mutton and mix.

After adding the mutton, cook it on high flame for 5 minutes. Now add turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt to taste and mix well with a spoon. Now reduce the flame of the gas and add curd and mix, then cover the lid on the ganja and cook on medium flame for 20-25 minutes. Now remove the lid and see if the mutton has become soft or not.

Now add cashew paste and mix it with a spoon. Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. After the prescribed time add a glass of water for the gravy.
